In May and June 2024, we organised four sessions with 12 educational institutions to explore experimenting and innovating with ICT. The goal was to investigate how to test new tools in an accessible way and establish an effective experimentation process. Insights from these sessions have been summarised in a visual “talking chart,” which outlines the six phases of innovation, success factors, and practical examples. Through this, we aim to inspire institutions to discover their own path to innovation while experimenting with the process itself.

Summary
How can educational institutions effectively experiment with and innovate using new educational technologies such as XR and AI? This requires a well-designed environment that facilitates experimentation, supported by clear conditions, practical tools, and shared insights from practice. Establishing such an environment enables institutions to explore and leverage the applicability and value of new tools to their fullest potential.
