In Npuls, we promote the use and sharing of open educational resources. We establish national agreements and develop facilities based on public values, such as openness. This ensures that learning materials are easy to find, reuse, and share. It supports teachers and learners in making optimal use of digital learning tools and technologies. We also collaborate with suppliers, making clear agreements on privacy and data, to ensure that open educational resources are reliable and sustainably available.

On the initiative of the Technology and Built Environment (TGO) industry group, a portal has been developed to make learning materials available (openly).

Control over digital learning materials

We facilitate discussions on copyright, data, and ICT standards, as well as the procurement and co-creation of learning materials: enabling greater control over creating, sharing, reusing, and purchasing.

Content advisory board

The Content Advisory Council (CAR) facilitates the effective use of digital learning materials and acts as the linking pin in a network that works together to produce high-quality, impactful and affordable learning materials.
