The start of cohort 2: an inspiring joint kick-off

Over a year and a half ago, we began discussing, devising, finalising and drafting our CTL plan. And since September, we have been officially “independent” from Gilde Opleidingen. It was wonderful that the first meeting of cohort 2 of Npuls took place almost immediately afterwards. Even better: our regional partners within CTL Limburg – Vista College and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences – are also part of this cohort. This gives us the opportunity to work together as the Limburg region within Npuls and to implement our joint plans. The theme of this first day was: learning organisation and learning culture.
