CTL as a system function: insights from a day at Npuls

In my role as project leader of the CTL within Noorderpoort, I travelled to Utrecht in good spirits, curious to see what the day would bring. The sun was shining, so it promised to be a beautiful day. We are now in year 2 of our CTL programme. Apart from the programme itself, we were looking forward to hearing about other people's experiences and sharing what we ourselves are working on.
