In a CTL, different areas of expertise in educational innovation come together to facilitate teachers to innovate their teaching. In the past year, CTLs were in full swing. Some institutions are already well underway in developing a CTL, while others are still curiously at the start. Fourteen institutions received grants, 19 started in the first Npuls guidance cohort. Regional networks formed, and knowledge is being built and exchanged. So many developments! How can we share this knowledge with each other? From that thought, the CTL magazine was born.
What was once on paper has become alive
The CTL magazine is a compilation of inspiring stories, articles and information about CTLs. From different perspectives and from all sectors. It shows how much has already happened, and is yet to happen. As Manon Geven (liaison Npuls on behalf of the MBO Raad) writes in her column:
‘What we once wrote down on paper in 2021 has become alive!’
How do other educational professionals tackle CTL issues, and what exactly happens behind the scenes in the 22-week assessment period following a grant application? What is the impact of a CTL, what role can students play within a CTL and what national CTL networks are already in place? Browse through the magazine and get inspired!
