Second meeting Cohort 2: space to reflect on different perspectives and bottlenecks

Our Radboud Teaching and Learning Centre will soon be celebrating its sixth anniversary. We have a wealth of experience, but governance is still a hot topic for us. We are currently discussing how we can better align ourselves with education policy by involving the right people and teams, and how we can improve the management of content. The theme of Cohort Day 2, “Governance & Operations, Systems & People”, was therefore very timely. Especially since Mariëlle, team leader of a neighbouring team, came with me.
