Learning without obstacles one step closer: framework agreement for new sector facility Register, Enroll and Sign up
Following a tender process, SURF and Studielink have signed a framework agreement with Netcompany for the development and management of the new sector facility Register, Enroll, and Sign up. Netcompany will work on this sector facility under the direction of Studielink and SURF. The agreement has a total term of ten years.
In motion through Npuls
Npuls is the driving force behind the sector facility, enabling it through funding. The three educational sectors work together to ensure that learners can learn without barriers and receive the best education throughout their lives. This sector facility is an important step towards a single educational space that supports learners in lifelong learning.
Future-proof foundation for education
The new sector facility for Register, Enroll and Sign up, replaces the current registration and enrollment facilities to make flexible, cross-institutional education more feasible. This gives learners more control over their own learning process and removes any administrative barriers.
Control over data, architecture en critical technology
The sector facility will be designed based on modern technology and architecture. It will consist of a modular landscape of components and services, fully integrated into a broader business platform. Digital sovereignty is a guiding principle here: the sector retains control over data, architecture, and critical technology within a publicly anchored ecosystem.
