Guide to collaborating on continuous delivery of AI in EdTech
Continuous delivery enables EdTech providers to update their applications regularly, making new AI capabilities quickly available to students and teachers. In practice, however, there is rarely a clear and efficient process for educational institutions to implement new AI functionalities in a way that safeguards legislation and public values. This guide offers a concrete perspective for public-private collaboration in the process of continuous delivery of AI in EdTech, in order to create space for innovation that is both responsible and meaningful.

Samenvatting
This guide offers a concrete perspective for public-private collaboration in the process of continuous delivery (CD) of AI in EdTech applications. Based on three principles and five collaboration strategies, it outlines how educational institutions and EdTech suppliers can work together on responsible AI innovation based on trust. The publication is the result of a project in which Avans University of Applied Sciences and FeedbackFruits analysed their existing CD process and outlined an improved process.
The insights in this guide help educational institutions learn how to deal with the rapid flow of new AI functionalities in their applications and maintain control over AI innovation. For EdTech suppliers, it offers the prospect of actually getting innovations to reach the user. Working together on the continuous delivery of AI in EdTech creates space for innovation that is both responsible and meaningful.
