Learning pathways Agile organised education

  • Publication date November 27, 2024

(Available in Dutch only) In Npuls, further education is moving towards an agile educational system – a system with a variety of learning pathways. We asked ourselves: what do these learning pathways look like?

What?

A visualisation of the learning pathways for agile organised education. Use these learning pathways as inspiration or when drawing up a vision within your educational institution for agile organised education. For each learning pathway, we have developed a persona – an example of a learner who follows that particular pathway. For example, Chen combines smaller educational units that fit in with his ambition to work in the energy transition, while Aurelie opts for a detour from her master's degree in Plant Biotechnology to a course at a university of applied sciences on glass construction

For whom?

Administrators, policy officers, LLO project leaders, microcredentials project leaders, and anyone involved in learning pathways within an educational institution.

Summary

This publication outlines possible learning pathways within an agile educational system. We distinguish between nine pathways, ranging from personalising the diploma pathway to modular studying.
